Overall, my stay at Hotel Kaisar had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, especially for access to the airport, but the facilities and room conditions left much to be desired. While the staff was friendly, some services and amenities didn't meet modern expectations.

Rooms
5.0
I originally booked a Superior room but was told upon arrival that my reservation was lost. I was offered a Premier Deluxe room at a premium rate. Unfortunately, this room didn't impress, lacking basic amenities like bedside reading lights and a hair dryer. The air conditioning worked well, but the overall room condition was outdated.
Service
6.0
The staff was friendly and cheerful. However, I did experience slow responses for some services, and I had to deal with some unexpected charges, like for ice cubes. It felt like the hotel was not fully prepared for its guests.
Location
8.0
The location in South Jakarta was a big plus. It provided easy access to the Toll Highway leading to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. This made my travel plans much smoother.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered a typical Indonesian buffet, but the dinner area felt cramped, especially with large conference groups occupying it. I expected a bit more variety, especially with egg stations being a standard in many hotels now.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were lacking overall. There was no coffee or tea in the room despite having an electric kettle, and the outdated decor and amenities made the hotel feel quite tired. There was an inconsistent internet connection, which was disappointing.

My stay at Hotel Kaisar was a mixed experience. The location is convenient for travel to the airport, but the hotel and amenities could use some updating. The buffet breakfast had a decent selection, though the dining area felt cramped when busy.

Rooms
5.0
The Junior suite had a comfortable bed, though the old TVs and outdated bathroom amenities were noticeable. The room was located at a junction with a limited view over the busy street.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly and helpful, their response times were slow, especially when I called the reception for assistance.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location in South Jakarta was excellent for accessing the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport and nearby business areas.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered typical Indonesian fare with ample servings, but the lack of an egg station and small dining area made for some discomfort during busy times.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities like the health and spa center could use clearer information on services; what I needed wasn't readily available, and there was a notable absence of basic amenities like a printer.

Hotel Kaisar was a decent stay for my business trip, offering spacious rooms and a central location in Jakarta, though some aspects were lacking. The food was generally good, but I encountered a few hiccups with the internet and service efficiency.

Rooms
6.0
The Junior suite I stayed in was quite spacious with comfortable beds and solid wood furniture, but the old TVs and a small window overlooking a busy street were drawbacks. It felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade.
Service
5.0
While the staff were friendly, I experienced slow responses when I needed assistance, especially with the reception not being very responsive. This could definitely improve.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the Toll Highway to the airport, which is great for business travelers like me. It's right in the middle of Jakarta, making it easy to get around.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was a buffet with typical Indonesian fare, though I wished there was a made-to-order egg station, something that's pretty standard in many hotels of this caliber.
Facilities
5.0
Although the hotel offers room service and has a health & spa center, I was surprised there were no printing facilities available, which is crucial for business guests.

My stay at Hotel Kaisar was pretty decent for a business trip, but not so much for leisure travelers. The location was excellent for accessing Jakarta, though my room was a bit dated. Service was friendly but had slow responses at times, which made for some frustrating moments.

Rooms
6.0
My room was large, clean, and surprisingly well isolated from the noisy Jakarta traffic. However, it felt quite dated with old TVs and an outdated bathroom setup, which wasn't great.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and always smiling, making me feel welcomed. Still, I experienced slow responses when I needed assistance, which was a bit annoying.
Location

Being in the heart of Jakarta made getting around super easy, especially with taxis readily available. Plus, it had good access to the airport toll highway, which was a bonus.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast had plenty of typical Indonesian dishes served buffet-style, which was nice. But the dining area was pretty cramped, especially with large conferences taking place.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered decent facilities like room service and a health spa, although I was curious about the spa services and didn't get a clear answer about them.

My stay at Hotel Kaisar was a mixed experience. The location is convenient for business travelers, especially with easy access to the Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. However, the room had a small window overlooking a busy street and the amenities felt outdated. Breakfast was decent, but the dining area was cramped when larger groups were present.

Rooms
6.0
The room was average, just good enough to sleep after a long day. I had a small window overlooking the busy main street, and the furniture felt a bit dated.
Service
6.0
Service was friendly and helpful, but responses could be slow. It often took a while to get assistance from the staff.
Location
7.0
The location in South Jakarta is quite good, with quick access to the Toll Highway for the airport and other attractions.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast offered a typical Indonesian morning fare with ample servings, but the dining area was too small, especially during peak times.
Facilities

Facilities included room service and a decent restaurant, but the spa services were unclear, which was disappointing after a long day of golf.
